Block weight DL, 42 1/2lbs from 85lbs Hex

I am working my tail off to get my pinch grip stronger. Block weights are the #1 way to do that. Here is a brief video of a deadlift of a 42 1/2 lbs block, half of a 85 Hex.

I will be looking for a 47lbs pinch by Summer time…

there is a big tree outside, when the weather gets above 30 degrees i am going to whack it with a sledge 3 days a week.

I appreciate your kind words. It feels good to get positive attention over something i enjoy.
