Horseshoe Hearts- a classic American Strength Feat

by adam on January 18, 2008

These are diamond classic #1′s. I did one of them earlier at work and two more when i got home. Very tough to get them to this final position.
Bending shoes is a total grip feat as well as a display of upper body power and endurance. You must maintain a vise grip on the shoe, and torque your wrist to get the bend. If you simply place a hand on the shoes and press down you will get a sore hand and an unbent shoe. You twist the wrist in with one hand and out with the other to move it. I will post a video on my youtube channel this week to show my technique.
Total shoes bent in the last 7 days-23. Leg is sore. Grip is shot. I feel fit to battle for a kingdom.
