New steel bars for scrolling work

by adam on January 15, 2008

I am fortunite to live close to a steel mill, so getting long bars of all shapes and sizes is fairly simple. Today i picked up 70 ft of hot rolled steel for this weeks up coming scrolling work. I ordered 20 ft of Stainless steel for short bending, and bought several feet of 5/16″ CRS square stock. In the coming days i will cover an intro to scrolling work, the benefits of steel scrolling and some assistance work for those difficult bends.

I also have some new simple home made grip impliments i would like to cover in the coming days which will help out anyone who is having problems with cards or phone books.

I have been able to add on to this page over the last few days as i am very busy with several other things, but stay tuned for some good stuff!

I’m stoked to see what you’ve got in store! I tried my first deck of cards the other day and failed miserably. Bending is going well, though. I’m on a break until after the powerlifting meet I’m competing in, but after that I might need some of those moose hide wraps from you!
