New Block weights today

New block weights today!
A block weight is basically half a Dumbbell. They are used to dynamically train the thumb for pinch feats. to make one, go buy a dumbbell, get a hack saw, and cut the handle out. They are indestructible, so don’t complain about me telling you to cut the DB in half.
If you have trouble pinching two 25lbs plates, then start with a 45lbs DB. If your doing 50lbs right now, use a 55lbs bell. This one came out to 34 1/4, and it is wide. great stuff!
