These are 12″ steel spikes, you can find them at almost any home improvement store. The 12″ spikes are fairly easy for me, but the 10″ Are some butt kickers. To bend a spike, you place it over the top of your leg on the bone and shove downwards. Than you brace your hands inside your legs and turn your wrist in to bring the legs in. Afterwards you finish with a chest crush. I think its great fun, and a good warm up for bigger steel like horse shoes or wrenches.
