Clubbells have become a large part of my training this year. When i first heard of them i was wondering how and why some one can justify charging nearly 200 dollars for a 20 pound weight, but after i bought a pair, i decided they are well worth the cost. I own two 20lbs bells, and i decided it was time for an up grade. This 25lbs bell arrived today. The 5 pound difference is very noticiable, this thing feels damn heavy.
Scott Sonnon the creator of clubbells has wrote tons of articles on why clubbells and their benefits, so check out www.Rmax.tv if you want to know more.
The best clubbell drills IMO are the Mill, Torch press, flag press (shown here) and swipe. I believe combining clubs and kettlebells is one of the smartest moves a serious trainer can make. It is not a new thing to do, as these used to be standard impliments in America, until bodybuilding caught on, and everyone got bit by the sissy bugs.

nice dude, can’t wait to get mine. I like your favorite exercise selection and I would add mills and hammer swings now as well. Plus the indicvidual components of the compound moves( arm shield casts circle casts, etc) make great hypertrophy work.
Adam any idea how I determine what weight clubbells would be suitable for me
