DL 315×2 for the video, then Clubbell mills-5/5, 10/10, 5/5, Snatches 6/6, 8/8, 10/10, 4/4, 6/6, 8/8. Pinch grip work with IM handle 20, 30, 40lbs, wrist roller 105×3 trips

complete non-sequitur here but can I ask you about kettlebell snatches? A while ago on the dragondoor forum you alluded to doing GS style snatches. I only have one question: during the drop do you keep the handle low on your palm (as it is when it is locked out overhead) or do you move it into the hook of your fingers.

Stay away from the base of the fingers, it will shread your palms
