I have been off line since i am currently living in a small motel room until i close on my house at the end of the month.
Training is going great, lots of isometrics and basic KB training.
I will check my mail on and off the next two weeks, if you send me an email and it goes unanswered, i assure you I will get to you as soon as i can.
