Clubbell swings and cleans to order, Flag press to torch presses

Some hanging and ab work off the pull up bar

SSGT Glass, My husband, Mike Cheatham, said he ran into you over in the sandbox last year!

Anyway, it looks like you’re creating an arthrokenetic reflex at the c-spine. Try keeping a neutral spine all the way up through the neck and crown of your head (neutral meaning long and straight, not unpright).

Your squat may initially feel weird, but once this becomes your groove, your squat will be smoother and your muscles will receive a stronger message since you’re not “kinking the chain” at the neck. :)
